Grants

Within the Foundation’s area of funding, the Hasler Foundation is able to give grants to students who are permanently resident in Switzerland. However, a grant is only awarded where above-average results can be expected and only in special cases where state grants are not available.

Please note:

  • Only those students are eligible for grants from the Hasler Foundation who, on the basis of their previous performance, can be expected to achieve above-average success in their studies.
  • Hasler Foundation grants are always subsidiary to other sources of finance and are only awarded if ordinary grants from public funds are not available.
  • The Hasler Foundation does not give grants for continuing education projects carried out alongside employment, or to supplement normal state grants for standard courses.
